Who We Are
Our management and production personnel has been designing and manufacturing custom hearing aids, tinnitus therapy devices and other specialty products for the hearing industry since 1985. As an highly innovative team, we have developed and patented several important applications for the professional hearing industry.
We are actively involved the advancement of hearing technology as we participate in important research and development work with respected professionals and universities. Our hearing instruments are proudly hand-crafted in the USA.

Greg Siegle
Engineering
Mr. Siegle has been involved in hearing aid design and manufacturing for over 35 years. He has previously worked as a manager for electronics production and inventory departments. He now serves as Manager of Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Author of technical hearing industry articles and co-inventor on three patents.

Kim Juneau
Audiological Services
Dr. Juneau has more than 25 years of experience as a diagnostic and dispensing audiologist, including over 18 years in private practice servicing a population ranging from pediatric through geriatric. Recognized by peers for excellence in amplification selection and patient counseling. Reputation as a professional who takes pride in patient care, has exemplary organizational skills, is extremely focused, and possesses excellent communication skills. Dr. Juneau is currently director of Audiologic Relations for Soft Touch Labs.

Office Manager
Gina started working at Kim Juneau Hearing, LLC as the Office Manager in December of 2021. With an extensive multi-faceted knowledge in customer service, patient care and office management, Gina has been a compassionate, helpful and efficient resource to our patients, medical partners and work family. She is very well organized and pays attention to detail. She loves interacting and forming relationships with our patients. It’s her personal goal to make everyone feel comfortable and valued always making for an excellent patient experience.

Roger Juneau, B.S.M.E., is a dynamic speaker who is well known on the hearing-health lecture circuit. He received his formal education at the University of New Orleans earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Juneau began his professional career with General Electric as an application engineer.
