The new Tranquil II OTE represents the next technological step forward in the treatment of tinnitus and hyperacusis.

The Tranquil II OTE noise generator offers two memories with advanced digital signal processing to enable the wearer to choose either general white or general pink noise. The device provides a zero noise floor, which can be a critical feature in setting the volume of the device for hyperacusis patients.

The memory/volume selector toggle is simple to use and combines two functions into one control. Holding the toggle in either direction will result in a smooth memory change; momentary “clicking” the toggle in an upward or downward motion results in discreet 1 dB increase/decrease in volume.

The micro polytube is a free-field design that leaves the ear canal open, delivering clean stable sound while allowing the wearer to appreciate surrounding sounds in a normal manner. Tranquil II is powered by a #10 battery and features the LoBat battery warning alert detector that signals the user when the battery is low on power.
